ブラジル産のサトウキビを原料に使った場合のコスト(の予想、多分商用プラント実現時の話)だそうですよ。そら、サトウキビだってセルロースと言えるかもしれないけどなんだかたれ込み文とはニュアンスが違うな。実証プラントを2010年に稼働させて、商用プラントを2011年に設計/施工したいってのは結構野心的だけど。
