実際、抗酒剤を2~3ヶ月服用して酒を止めたんだけど、抗酒剤そのものは何の味も匂いもしない。
なので、家族がこっそりと料理などに仕込むケースもあると主治医が言ってた。

横からだけれど。
家族が抗酒剤を黙って料理などに仕込んだ場合、
酒を飲んでひどい二日酔いになってしまって「家族が勝手に仕込んだ」ことに気づくことになる。
アルコール中毒の治療は家族との協力関係が重要なのだけれど、
こういったことで家族との信頼関係が失われてしまうと、
家族の出すものを口にしなくなったりしてしまって、結果的に治療が難しくなってしまう。
本人がやめたい場合は本人が本人の意思でちゃんと飲めばいいわけでね。本人が自分の意思で飲むことも治療の一つだし。

ひどい二日酔いになる≠抗酒剤
「ひどい二日酔い」になったとしても、抗酒剤を家族が仕込んだ証拠にはなりません。
「ひどい二日酔い」になったとき、「家族が抗酒剤を仕込んだ」と疑うのは精神的にかなりヤバイのでは?

タレコミタイトルが悪いんだが、抗酒剤は、「酒を飲んだ翌日に二日酔い」ではなく、
普段、酒をガンガン飲めるような人が、酒を飲み始めた最中(ビール半杯とか)でいきなり
酒が全くダメな人みたいに体調に変化が出るものです。
(ふつうはそこで酒を飲まなくなるが、ひどいアル中だと痛みとかを我慢して飲んじゃう)

英文よむときに逐語訳だけに頼っちゃだめ。英単語の概念と日本語の単語の概念が
「hangover=二日酔い」にぴったり重なることなんて稀なんだから。
そもそも、「直ちに二日酔い」で、日本語としておかしいと思わないと。
飲んでる最中に急性アル中で飲みすぎでぶっ倒れても日本語で「あー、こいつ二日酔いだ」とか言わないでしょ。
でも英語ではそれも「hangover」なんだ。
