http://mashable.com/2012/07/19/aerographite/ [mashable.com] It weighs in at 0.2 milligrams for each cubic centimeter, making it the lightest material in the world. It’s lighter than a nickel material that was presented to the public about six months ago.
This hollow framework structure (network with sub network) material possesses the super low density of 180 μg cm-3 which is
one order of magnitude lighter than all known aerogels and other lightweight materials.
